Hetzner disconnected syeds.com.pk, which moved to hosting at Amazon. Spamhaus policy is to list IP addresses in the SBL that belong to or are under the control of a person or business listed as a ROKSO spammer / spam operation. So this IP address is listed.

This IP address hosts the A record and website of syeds.com.pk, the main domain for Syed’s Group, a Pakistan-based ISP. Part of Syed’s Group, SyedsMarkeitng, is a major spam operation that has recently been listed in the Spamhaus Register of Known Spam Operations (ROKSO) because of a long record of spam and abuse.
This domain has previously been listed in the SBL, and was removed when it was taken down some time ago. It is now being relisted as part of SyedsMarketing, per Spamhaus policy, which states that all resources that belong to or are under the control of a spammer or spam operation listed in the Spamhaus ROKSO are subject to pre-emptive listing.
