This IP address is sending spam for a customer of @Mail250, a distributed bulk email network that sends from large numbers of quasi-anonymous domains hosted on cheap VPS networks. This makes it difficult to know who is sending this email and has attracted a large number of spammers as customers as a result. This customer has been subject to a number of SBL listings for high volume spam from IP addresses that they control.
